What does a Somm Demand event look like?
We work with any budget. You can find wines that are delicious and instructive without breaking the bank!
All wines curated by professional sommeliers.
We can customize for events of all sizes according to your preferences, theme, and food menu.
All tastings include printed wine menus with suggested food pairings.
Artisanal non-alcoholic options, so everyone can enjoy a tasty beverage. You don't need to drink wine to enjoy learning about it!
In-person
A 1-2 hour guided tasting that pairs 3-4 classic wines with artisanal charcuterie, or your own menu.
Office or off-site. We'll meet at your event space anywhere in the Bay Area and handle setup and logistics of the entire tasting.
Inclusive and easy going. We pride ourselves on being able to engage everyone in the room. Both novices and connoisseurs will leave feeling better about wine than they did going in!
Virtual
3 half-bottles (375ml) of classic wine shipped in boutique packaging to the destination(s) of your choice.
30-60 minute session led remotely from the Somm Demand tasting room which includes a brief, informative presentation on the significance of the wines: (history, geography, producer, varietal, etc) followed by an interactive guided tasting and open Q+A.
